ERL offers a 14-day return window for all unworn apparel and accessories, provided they remain in their original condition with all tags attached. We strive to ensure your creative pieces fit perfectly, but we are happy to assist with a full refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
